Rocky is owned by George Stern in Portola Valley, California. When everyone saw him, they wanted him and said "He will be a big winner someday" but he was already taken. Rocky finished his championship in only 1 month of showing at the tender age of 9 months. He was shown by Elizabeth Jordan.
